About this tool
This converter changes popular image formats locally in your browser. It is useful when a website only accepts JPG, a downloaded image is WebP, or an iPhone photo needs to become a normal JPG.

Output formats in V1 are JPG, PNG, WebP, and AVIF. HEIC, SVG, BMP, GIF, and TIFF are accepted as input formats. SVG is input-only for now, and animated GIFs export as a static image.

Image converter questions
Are my images uploaded to Kodotools?
No. The conversion runs in your browser. Your images stay on your device unless you choose to upload them somewhere else after downloading.
Can I upload multiple images at once?
Yes. Select or drag multiple images, convert the batch, then download individual files or one ZIP.
Does this support WebP to PNG?
Yes. Upload a WebP file, choose PNG as the output format, and convert. PNG is useful when you need transparency or editing support.
Can I convert iPhone HEIC photos to JPG?
Yes. HEIC and HEIF files are decoded in the browser using a client-side library and can be exported as JPG, PNG, or WebP.
Can I convert JPG or PNG to SVG?
Not in this version. JPG and PNG are pixel images, while SVG is vector. This tool supports SVG to PNG, JPG, and WebP, but real JPG to SVG needs a separate vectorizer.
What happens with animated GIFs?
V1 exports a static image from the GIF. Preserving animation is a separate feature and is not promised yet.
