Workflow

Finish the FPSC upload in four steps

01

Resize photo

Start with the 600x600 FPSC photo page so the dimensions are predictable.

02

Compress photo

Open the FPSC compressor and target 30KB after dimensions are correct.

03

Resize signature

Use the 300x80 signature preset with fit mode to avoid cutting pen strokes.

04

Compress signature

Compress the resized signature to 20KB when the portal asks for a small file.

Guide

Common FPSC upload mistakes

Using a large phone photo directly

Phone images are usually too large and not square. Resize to 600x600 first, then compress to the FPSC target.

Missing the file-size step

Correct pixels are only half the job. If the portal has a KB cap, compress after resizing so the file is accepted.

Stretching the signature

For signatures, fit mode usually looks better than stretch mode because it keeps the pen stroke shape natural.
