What Payoneer takes

Payoneer's Pakistan fees, in plain numbers

In 2026 Payoneer updated its pricing for Pakistan. Withdrawing to a Pakistani bank account now carries a flat 3% fee, whether the transfer is in USD or converted to PKR. Receiving payments is no longer free either: incoming payments over $100 are charged 1%, while payments under $100 have a flat $1 fee. Together that means a typical freelancer loses about 4% between receiving a payment and getting it into their bank.

Currency conversion can add more. If Payoneer converts USD to PKR at a rate slightly below the mid-market rate, that spread is an extra hidden cost on top of the 3% withdrawal fee. This calculator focuses on the stated percentage fees; check your Payoneer dashboard for the exact conversion rate on the day you withdraw.

How it works

Three steps to your real Payoneer payout

01

Enter the amount received

Type the payment coming into your Payoneer account. Switch currency if you prefer to think in PKR.

02

Set the fees

The 3% withdrawal fee and 1% receiving fee are pre-filled. Turn the receiving fee off if the payer covers it, or edit any rate.

03

See what reaches your bank

Read your net and effective fee, or use reverse mode to find how much must arrive to leave a target amount.

Worked examples

Payoneer net after Pakistan fees

Amount received1% receiving + 3% withdrawal → reaches bank
$50$1.00 + $1.50 → about $47.50
$100$1.00 + $3.00 → about $96.00
$500$5.00 + $15.00 → about $480.00
$1,000$10.00 + $30.00 → about $960.00
$2,000$20.00 + $60.00 → about $1,920.00

Payments under $100 use a flat $1 receiving fee instead of 1%, so a $50 payment is charged $1, not $0.50. These are estimates based on the stated percentages; the exact PKR you receive also depends on Payoneer's conversion rate that day.

Payoneer withdrawal fee in Pakistan

Withdrawing from Payoneer to a Pakistani bank account costs a flat 3% as of 2026, replacing the older mixed pricing where some transfers were partly free. The fee applies whether you receive USD or convert to PKR, so factor it into every client payment.

Receiving fees changed too

Getting paid into Payoneer is no longer free. Payments over $100 are charged 1%, and payments under $100 carry a flat $1. If your client can pay the fee on their side, turn the receiving fee off in the calculator to compare both cases.

Work backwards from a target

Need a specific amount in your bank — say to pay a bill in PKR? Switch to reverse mode, enter your target, and the calculator shows how much the client must send so the net lands right after Payoneer's fees.
