Skills over history

Projects and internships

Writing a CV summary for freshers
With little or no work history, your summary does the selling. In two or three honest lines, name your degree, one or two real strengths, and the job you want — and put the job title in plain words so screening software picks it up. Avoid the lines every fresher writes (“hardworking team player seeking a challenging opportunity”); they say nothing and blend into the pile.

Skills to put on a fresher CV
When experience is thin, a clear skills section carries real weight — it tells an employer what you can already do. List skills for your CV as a fresher only if they’re genuinely true, and lean toward the ones named in the job ad. Split them into two groups so they’re easy to scan:

Should I put my CGPA on my CV if it's low?
