Business card QR
Digital business card
as a QR code
Encode a vCard — name, phone, email, company — into one QR. Networking events, desks, and printed cards get a clean “scan to save” flow.

What is a vCard QR?
The QR encodes a standard vCard (contact card). Most phones offer “Add to contacts” after scanning — faster than typing your number on a crowded showroom floor.
Where people use it
- Printed business cards and badges
- Email signatures and PDF footers
- Shop counters and conference booths

FAQ
vCard QR questions
Is my contact info stored on your servers?
No. Name, phone, and email never leave your browser. The vCard is turned into a QR image locally — we do not see or store it.
What happens when someone scans the QR?
The phone reads the vCard data and usually offers to add a new contact. Exact wording depends on the device and app.
What is the minimum I should enter?
Add a name and at least a phone number or email so the contact is useful. More fields are optional.
Can I print the QR on a business card?
Yes. Use the SVG download for sharp print, or a large PNG size. Keep the QR at least ~2 cm wide for reliable scanning.
Is this free?
Yes — no signup, no watermarks, no limits on our end.
